If you have a friend who likes to compete with you don’t force yourself to compete too if you’re not up for it, if there someone in the family forcing you to go on a blind date which increases your anxiousness don’t force yourself or if you can’t master something no matter how much you try don’t force yourself because there are many things, many instances and many relationships to be had and to be conquered without having to be a burden.
